Facility Coordinator - Perth - Randstad

I am looking for a Facilities Coordinator or a Facilities Manager to look multiple retail stores across WA.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to look after the maintenance of the stores, arranging sub contractors as and when required to sort out maintenance issues. You will also be required to administer and coordinate multiple OHS procedures ensuring that all paperwork is documented and filed accordingly.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
-       Facilities Coordinator Experience
-       Exposure to retail facilities is ideal
-       Demonstrated experience of multi tasking and managing multi documents
-       Excellent reporting skills and written communication skills
-       A proactive approach to operational and facilities coordination
-       Outstanding customer service skills
-       A stable work history
-       OH&S qualifications / experience would be an advantage
