Advantaged Care is a fast growing market leader in the provision of residential aged care services. It jointly owns and operates Minchinbury Manor a 103 bed facility in Western Sydney, and wholly owns Georges Manor a 144 bed extra service facility in Sydney’s South West. Bondi Waters will be our third facility, a 56 bed extra service facility opening at the beginning of Feb 2011 and we will commence construction shortly in the Sutherland Shire on a 62 bed extra service facility.

Advantaged Care seeks to grow to 500 beds in the next 5 years.

We are seeking a motivated individual with relevant experience to assist with Quality Assurance across several residential aged care sites in Sydney.

This is a key appointment and we seek an executive with exceptional skills in:

•    Clinical leadership in aged care
•    Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance of Accreditation in residential aged care
•    A driver of Continuous Quality Improvement
•    Excellent ACFI funding management and experience in optimizing results
•    Streamlining of Policies and Procedures
•    Have experience with audits within an aged care environment
•    Assist in the roll out of systems in new services and support of existing services
•    Empathy with the aged
•    Strong ability to use an array of computer systems to assist in managing aged care.

We are looking for someone who can work in a team environment and closely with the Directors, Facility Management and staff and other management in the commissioning and ongoing management of our facilities across Sydney.

To consider the position you need to have:

•    5+ years experience post basic or graduate experience.
•    Preferable 2+ years Aged Care experience at a senior level
•    Relevant graduate/postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience
