With our Lane Cove offices as your base, you will take responsibility for the cleaning outcomes at a number of sites across the greater Sydney metropolitan area. Some interstate travel may be involved. Your focus will be on quality, staff performance and satisfaction, and client liaison. You are an experienced manager, good with computers, and have a proven track record managing multiple cleaning contract sites. A strong leader and communicator, you also like working without supervision, have a flair for organisation, and enjoy supervising and training staff. The ability to manage your time is crucial, along with a commitment to quality and the capacity to build lasting client relationships.
