THE ROLE We have an opportunity for an experienced Technician to join our team to assist in the implementation and support of audio visual and videoconferencing solutions for our corporate, health, education and government customers. The role will encompass videoconference and audio visual installation services, functionality verification testing, break/fix maintenance management, technical troubleshooting and problem incident management. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following. • Product knowledge / formal qualifications in TANDBERG / Cisco / AMX / Extron / Clear One / Polycom • Demonstrable experience in audio visual installations/service • Experience in videoconferencing highly desirable • Formal qualifications in IT highly desirable • Experience in providing high level Customer Service • Willingness to learn You will also work closely with our key partners (AMX / Extron / Cisco / TANDBERG etc).
