Specialising in major building projects, they have continually grown their market share and dominance within the construction industry. 2011 is shaping up as another busy and successful year and to deliver on current requirements they are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to compliment their professional team.

You’ll have strong subcontractor management and negotiation skills, responsible for the letting of subcontractor packages, processing claims, variations and finalising accounts for building projects valued in excess of $10m. Tertiary qualifications in a construction discipline are not essential however will be considered highly advantageous. Your contract expertise, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail will set you apart from the rest.
