An exceptional career opportunity exists for a Corporate Reception to join this celebrated Global Accounting Firm. As one of Australia's leading financial institutions, you will benefit by working in funky, modern offices based in the heart of the CBD. You will be working alongside another Receptionist, in this busy varied role.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: • Diary, travel and email management, • Event organization, • Stationery orders, • Catering requirements • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are fully equipped • Distributing the mail • Meeting and Greeting guests • All ad hoc administration including maintaining the client database. You must: • Be a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on client relations • Have advanced MS Office knowledge • Have previous Corporate Reception experience, • Have fantastic communication skills, • Have strong organizational and time management skills. In addition you will be self motivated, pro active, bright, bubbly and polished.
