Deputy Director of Nursing position available within Northern QLD

CM Health would like to invite Expressions of Interest for relevantly qualified Clinical Managers to work within Aged Care as a Deputy Director of Nursing within a progressive, respected residential facility.

The facility caters for the elderly who require high care and dementia care and has a person centred focus

You will have:

* Experience deputising within High Care or Dementia specific units
* A genuine passion and commitment for working with the elderly
* Effective leadership, human resource management and communication skills
* An understanding of the aged care accreditation process
* Current occupational registration or eligibility to obtain
* A flexible approach
