Database Analyst - CBM AustraliaCBM Australia is an international Christian development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest countries of the world. Here is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your data analysis and interpretation talent within an inclusive and dynamic team environment in the not-for-profit sector for a 12-month contracted period. Primary Responsibilities will include: • Maintaining and improving the integrity of CBM’s internal client/campaign database through the identification and development of automated processes for the manipulation, extraction and maintenance of data. • Providing ongoing insight through the assessment and interpretation of marketing campaign results and engagement trends. • Ensuring continuous improvement in CBM’s database practices, functionality and strategy. • Effective liaison with internal stakeholders including the Database Services Manager and Communications Department team members. Successful candidates will have a proven background in data selection, extraction, reporting and manipulation and be supported by a consultative approach with a proven ability to build and maintain positive internal relationships. Detail oriented along with strong organisational skills, candidates will work to tight deadlines, have the capacity to turn work around quickly, accurately and independently and be able to communicate effectively and use their initiative to achieve business objectives and outcomes. The above attributes will be supported by computer programming skills including Microsoft SQL Server tools, Visual Studio, Reporting Services and MS Office. Knowledge or exposure to marketing and fundraising processes will be beneficial, along with tertiary qualifications in a related field.
