With an outstanding reputation in the local community, this not for profit Christian organisation caters for the residential care needs of the aged requiring both high and low care. The facility has been very well run and is now in need of a new leader to take over the helm. Despite being an older facility with some renovation having taken place in the past, a whole new redevelopment is planned for the future.

To be successful in this role you should possess:
•    RN managment experience
•    Be familiar with ACFI and Accreditation
•    Good business skills
•    Very good communication skills
•    Have a happy disposition and sense of humour
•    Strong clinical skills

The successful applicant will enjoy working with a great group of people, enjoy an autonomous role with plenty of head office support when required, have a company care and mobile phone supplied in addition to salary packaging.
