Facility Manager - ANSON

An opportunity exists for an experienced Facility Manager to join this progressive and collaborative management team.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will lead a team of health care professionals and embrace an open attitude to change and improvement. This position requires a manager who leads by example and is not afraid of doing things differently! The role includes planning and implementing service provision, liaising with both health professionals and contractors to maintain facilities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards.

To secure this opportunity, you will have demonstrated management and leadership experience, ideally within a Residential or Community Care environment. In addition you will possess outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills, and a high standard of both written and verbal communication. Knowledge of aged care legislation, dementia and other conditions of the aged is desirable.
