Currently we are seeking an experienced and professional Head Chef to lead the team in this newly refurbished, highly regarded Function Venue. You will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations in a new state of the art kitchen. Fully enclosed outdoor Bistro catering for over 250 people in addition to 100+ seat fine dining restaurant. Your duties will include: • Menu creation and food costing • rostering and labour costs • inventory controls • Mentoring and developing the team • Health & Hygiene compliance To be considered for this role you will have 3 years minimum experience in a similar role and competency in fresh seafood and pastry.
