An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lending Manager to join this Top-4 bank in their retail/mortgage division to drive business growth and market penetration. This bank boasts an impressive reputation for excellent customer service, integrity and work/life balance.

Based in the Retail Branch network (multiple branches on offer), you will be responsible for the end-to-end mortgage/lending process, which includes sales, credit submissions and settlements. Your performance will be appraised according to specific sales targets and overall relationship/service you provide. You will develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and share of wallet for the bank.

These are newly created positions specifically designed to service the bank‘s non-western customers, so bilingual skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Korean) will be preferable. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track-record in mortgage sales, ideally with experience dealing with the Asian communities. You will have sound understanding of the credit process for home loan applications, be skilled in financial analysis and be comfortable with working to sales targets. Furthermore, you will be a confident, outgoing team player who has the ability to act in a leadership capacity training branch staff.

Multiple opportunities exist in different locations in North, South and Western Sydney.
