In-House Counsel – Technology

This household brand in the technology sector requires an in-house counsel. The role has arisen due to business growth and the lawyer is needed to support the collegiate legal team that, in turn works in close cohesion with the business on a national and often international basis.

Ideally with 2- 4 years experience gained in a corporate, commercial and/or technology focused team from a reputable private practice or blue-chip corporate organization. A commercially aware mind set, strong communication skills and an interest in being client facing (both internal and external) are key pre-requisites. This role will interest and challenge.  Outsourcing and exposure to the Telco sector experience viewed favorably.

Relevant experience includes:

• Strong negotiating and drafting skills

• Solid contract commercial experience

• Good understanding of technology)
