Microsoft SQL DBA - EDT Global Pty Ltd• Career enhancing experience • Large well known business • Complex and challenging role Our client needs a seasoned contract SQL DBA, for a minimum contract length of 12 months. You will be working at a well known company as part of a team of 10 people and reporting to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: • Responsible for Server performance monitoring • Scheduled Maintenance • Backup, full, differential, incremental, log and recovery • Data migration • Troubleshooting performance issues The requirements: • Must have extensive experience 6- 10 years working as a SQL DBA • Must have experience working in Enterprise databases 6-10 TB • Must have exposure managing a clustered environment • Ideally exposure to SAP • Ideally Certified SQL Server 2008 A great opportunity to gain exposure to an enterprise wide large SQL server database at a blue chip client.
