Nurse Unit Manager - Aged Care - Caulfield - Vital Health

Our client is one of Australia's most respected and trusted aged care providers, providing person-centred care through five star residential aged care facilities - hostels and nursing homes, as well as through their community care program.

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Division 1 - Nurse Unit Manager to take on this excellent role in their beautiful facility in the Caulfield area. Having quality management skills, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit and will be an integral part of the management team, providing leadership for your staff.

To be successful for this role, you will need:
•    Current Division 1 Nursing Registration
•    Proven Nursing Management experience
•    Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
•    Excellent Clinical and Assessment, Care Planning and Documentation skills
•    Passion and commitment to the aged care arena
