Office Bookings Coordinator
Full-time position available within a well established Electrical & Communications Company based in North side Brisbane. We are looking for an enthusiastic Bookings coordinator to join our team, with the following skills and abilities; • Immediate Start • Professional & Courteous Phone Manner • Invoicing and Accounts Entry • Writing & Collating Purchase orders • Maintain Stock Delivery and distribution • Job Bookings and Management - Receive all booking requests from clients via email, phone and fax - Call clients to organize suitable times for job bookings - Multi-tasking with job cancellations and employee leave - Enter each job booking into bookings software for Tradesman and Apprentices - Close jobs off in system and initiate invoicing process • Collating Daily Job Sheets • Must have current drivers license and own transport • Good attitude towards work and fellow workers • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and suppliers • Capable of working unsupervised Previous Experience in the Following Software Programs would be highly beneficial; • Microsoft office applications including Outlook • MYOB Accounting • Smart Trade Working hours will be Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm, with potential to work extra hours.
