Office & Finance Manager

The studio is in a unique office setting in the CBD and has recently won several high profile business awards for it's work. They're now crying out for a polished, capable and enthusiastic Office Manager who can help them go to the next level. As the only administration person in the team you'll take on the full responsibility of the company accounts including AP, AR, invoicing, payroll (basic), submitting BAS, reconciliations, creating reports and liaising with the external accountant. You'll also keep the office running smoothly by ensuring all stock & stationary is ordered, conduct stocktakes on product, be the first point of contact for new clients in the Directors absence and from time to time attend art shows to meet the clients. Basically, you'll become a small business manager to help him grow the business and have a lot of fun (and laughs!) along the way. Attitude is EVERYTHING! You'll be an innovative and proactive worker, love taking control of projects, have excellent attention to detail and want to be part of a dynamic (at times crazy!) environment.
