West Coast Steiner School is a wonderful, co-educational, non-denominational, independent Steiner school, catering to students from playgroup to class seven located 9km north of Perth.

We invite you to apply to share your skills in:

• Bookkeeping: maintaining accurate full school set of accounts in MYOB; including bank reconciliations
• Processing accurate fortnightly payroll including superannuation and produce PAYG certificates (MYOB)
• Invoicing, including processing of fee relief
• Maintaining accounts receivable/payable, including management of debt collection and inquiries
• Completing ATO reporting, including BAS statements
• Developing and maintaining whole school calendar/ timetable
• Stock take and inventory management
• Maintain human resource information compliance and reporting in conjunction with business manager
• Provide receptionist cover, including queries from parents, teachers and students, prompt and professional answering phone, distributing messages, on-site problem solving and receipt of payments, etc.
• Prompt, professional and timely response to school community queries

And other duties as assigned by the School Business Manager
