Energy Industry are leaders in software development in the electricity market supporting some of the most critical systems in the Asia Pacific Region. They have office locations and development teams deployed in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Due continued growth and expansion they are seeking highly qualifiedSenior Java/j2ee Developers/Consultants to join and add value to their Perth office.
Energy Industry expressed that they are only looking for candidates who are at the top of their game, who are highly motivated and are intellectually switched on.
Additionally you will ideally have experience working in the Energy industry or working with trading or settlements systems
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
• Highly proficient with J2EE systems in particular Java, JSP, Servlets and JMS
• Strong commercial experience with web application and services development (5 Years minimum)
• Experience with Hibernate, Spring, Maven and Struts.
• Experience working with application/web servers, including Apache, JBoss, and Tomcat
• Outstanding object-oriented design & programming skills, including solid commercial experience in using UML and design patterns.
• In depth knowledge of web applications such as HTML, JavaScript, XML and XSL)
• Working experience with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server
• Continued exposure to the entire SDLC.
Preferable experience
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
