Service Desk Consultant
We are a leader in our field with 60 sites across Australia and are centrally located in Southport on the Gold Coast. With a unique hybrid network and some of the latest technologies this is anexciting role for a dynamic Service Desk Consultant. Working within a skilled incident management team and reporting to the Technical Services Team Leader the position comes with a diverse range of responsibilities and challenges. This job entails being the central point of contact between the customer and the Information Services Department, to ensure that customers are able to resume their work as quickly as possible following a disruption to an IT service, minimizing the adverse impact on business operation. Incident Management is to restore services following an incident as quickly as possible whilst providing guidance on diagnostic and escalation procedures. To succeed in this role you are required to have excellent customer service skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to develop and maintain a strong internal business relationship. Responsibilities: • Provide 2nd/3rd level phone and email support Skills and experience: • 2+ years experience in a similar role Applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via the Domain Principal Group's police check system.
