Hale Road Tavern is looking for a qualified Sous Chef to work with our fantastic team of three Chef's and managers.

Fast growing Bistro, with hugely popular traditional Australia Bistro meals. Fantastic weekly specials with flair and difference.

Hale Road Tavern is privately owned and in business for 15 years. Situated south of the river in Forrestfield.

Applicants must have 3 years experience with references, own transport and police clearance.

40 hours per week, rotating straight shifts and split shifts. Not expected to do ordering. Will need to oversee junior staff and prep.
