We are a leading Wine Company in the heart of McLaren Vale. We amalgamated our passion for wine with our love for Authentic Italian food and opened Vasarelli’s Restaurant in late December 2009. Due to our expansion into functions and a rapidly growing business and already established cliental base, we are seeking a Sous Chef to join our current team of three chefs. A family friendly orientated business, we are seeking a Chef that can bring his own flair and spin to our current renowned al a cart menu. The person must be a team player and have a positive, outgoing personality and good communication skills to work in an open kitchen as well as general patronage and coordination. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right person along with rostered days off, three split and two straight shifts.
